摘要: CIRCULATORY collapse following acute myocardial infarction usually is attributed to a central or "pump" failure. Contrariwise, circulatory failure blood loss associated with peripheral hemodynamic alterations which, although not fully understood, may lead in spite of restoration volume. Moreover, the relative roles pump and vascular genesis surgical shock are ill-defined. Further, patterns interrelationships between arising from different etiologic agents as hemorrhage, trauma, sepsis poorly understood. The present communication describes measurements series 100 patients who were various degrees disturbances. Included this normal control subjects; had been but compensated at time study; incident sepsis; group miscellaneous problems. Cardiac output,
