摘要: The aim of our study is to test the use less time-consuming spectroscopic methods applied on original water samples in order obtain information about DOM composition without any sample preparation. These results were directly compared with from a conventional isolation and characterization procedure dissolved humic substances (fulvic acids--FA) isolated same sample. FAs characterized by UV-, fluorescence-, FTIR spectroscopy elemental composition. UV absorbance fluorescence behavior follow pattern. A lower humification index (derived synchronous spectra) 15% typical for FAs. We computed linear relationships between properties (UV-, FA (IR absorption, C/N ratio). application aqueous has been proved result similar as concerning content aromatic structures degree humification.
