摘要: The parenteral administration of 1,2-dimethylhydrazine to rats caused the development colonic neoplasms in about 90% animals by 24–30 weeks treatment. Usually there were multiple tumours with a mean 2.7 per rat. lesions have been classified histologically into adenomata (26% all tumours) and carcinomata, latter showing varying degrees differentiation. No completely anaplastic seen, none originating connective tissue. distributions different tumour types along length colon varied. more benign situated predominantly distal half colon, while poorly differentiated adenocarcinomata concentrated proximal third colon.
