摘要: Introduces a method capable of recognising an aircraft from any viewpoint in uncluttered noisy scenes. The authors also describe proposed exploitation recently developed hypermedia style user-interface for presenting and manipulating information, enabling users to specify image processing pattern recognition operations. paper is structured two main parts. first part describes the process includes description procedures, detailed Quadtree normalised data structures, theory properties Octree structure, finally actual used order train test artificial neural network. second initial presentation graphical environment its corresponding sub-parts each individual stage process. >
