摘要: Background Femtosecond laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis (FS-LASIK) has gained widespread popularity as a safe, effective and predictable treatment for correcting myopia myopic astigmatism. However, complications such biomechanical changes, structural weakness, dry eye induction of high-order aberrations (HOAs) have been associated with FS laser excision. The HOAs reported to reduce quality vision, leading increased glare, halos, starburst deterioration contrast function corneal play significant role whole-eye aberration. Thus, it is necessary investigate the changes after FS-LASIK. Methods One hundred thirty-four eyes from 68 consecutive patients or astigmatism were enrolled this study. Corneal topography visual acuity measured preoperatively at 1, 3, 6, 12 months Wavefront errors whole cornea, anterior posterior cornea by Pentacam. Results on surface less affected FS-LASIK compared those cornea. surfaces significantly 1 month surgery (P = .000, P .000), while did not change 1.000). spherical aberration 3 postoperatively .000 respectively), along vertical coma respectively). There was no difference horizontal trefoil whole, (all Conclusion After occurred mainly surface, which may effect quality.
