摘要: At the interface between a metal or semiconductor and an electrolyte (liquid solid), initial final states of ion transfer reaction are extremely different with respect to their chemical interaction surroundings. In electronic conductor binding is predominantly metallic covalent while in electrostatic forces prevailing. This results energy barrier often considerable height since intermediate state has be passed which neither this nor other type fully developed.
