摘要: Abstract A method for the densitometric determination of some oxindole alkaloids after separation by TLC is described. Problems associated with choice suitable instruments, parameters and more important factors relating to reproducibility results depending on layer are thoroughly investigated discussed. statistical analysis obtained given a recommendation regarding preferred making calculating results.
