摘要: Abstract Numerous recent studies have demonstrated that electrical stimulation of the periaqueductal gray matter (PGM) can result in powerful analgesia to pain somatic origin. In present study, we developed a visceral test employing intraperitoneal injection hypertonic saline which yields writhing response adult rat more reliably than other painproducing substances. With this show as well radiant heat (tail flick test) are completely inhibited all animals with PGM electrode placements.
