摘要: Nanopillar-patterned Si solar cells were investigated. Ag nanoparticles coated on a polished substrate as an etching mask. Reactive ion caused nanopillars to replicate in reverse fashion the over large area. The nanopillar structures efficiently reduced light reflection surface and effectively drove incident into absorber. This induced significant enhancement of photogenerated-current with improved cell efficiency 16.07%. nanopillar-patterned showed carrier collection for long wavelengths; however, surface-defect recombination degraded quantum at short wavelengths. We suggest that reduction loss should be considered efficient nanostructure cells.
