摘要: Single-crystalline TiO2 nanosheet array films with tunable percentage of exposed {001} facets were synthesized on FTO by a simple hydrothermal method. The effects the hydrochloric acid concentration morphology, crystal structure, and optical property have been investigated scanning electron microscopy, high-resolution transmission X-ray diffraction, micro-Raman spectroscope system, UV–Vis spectrophotometer. When increases from 4.8 to 5.2 mol/L, dense regular nanosheets tend grow perpendicular substrate surface, is increasing 76 84 %. Evolution these has accompanied significant variations photoelectronic photocatalytic properties. intensity Raman peak E g at 144 cm−1 decreases, photocurrent when more proportion areas are exposed. sample prepared 4.8 mol/L shows highest activity. This can be explained preferential carrier transport different tradeoff relation between {101} facets, total catalytic sites.
