摘要: COMPARISON OF ADHESION GUTTA PERCHA/AH PLUS® AND RESILON/EPIPHANY® SETM AFTER A FINAL RINSE WITH DIFFERENT CONCENTRATIONS ETHANOL By Suren Paravyan MD, DMD thesis submitted in partial fulfillment of the requirements for degree Master Science Dentistry at Virginia Commonwealth University. University, 2011 Director: Karan J. Replogle, DDS, MS Department Chair, Endodontics The purpose this study was to evaluate effect final rinse ethanol on bond strength teeth obturated with Gutta Percha (GP)/AH Plus or Resilon/EpiphanySE. Thirty-two extracted human anterior were shaped size 30, 0.06 taper and subjected an identical irrigation protocol. Specimens randomly divided into eight groups according irrigating solution (saline, 70%, 95%, 100% ethanol) obturation material. Two millimeter thick slices obtained by sectioning each root. Bond determined using micropush-out assay. Data analyzed Student’s t-test. Obturation GP/AH formed a statistically significant stronger than (irrespective concentration) did not enhance push-out Plus. Push-out Resilon/EpiphanySE decreases increased concentration Among groups, 70% resulted strongest strength.
