摘要: In the present paper, dielectric, polarization, and Raman results have been combined to identify existence of a ferroelectric phase transition in substitutionally disordered dipolar system, KTa{sub 1{minus}{ital x}}Nb{sub {ital x}}O{sub 3}, for low Nb concentrations ({ital x}=1.2%). A detailed study first-order TO{sub 2} 3} lines reveals (1) polar microregions well above T}{sub c}} (2) structural at with appearance macroregions. Similar are obtained K{sub y}}Li{sub y}}TaO{sub quantitative difference due slow reorientation Li. These can be explained by random-field model which predicts coexistence both glass behavior.
