摘要: Abstract Most of the human gene homologs are found in Caenorhabditis elegans. As a wide variety micro-organisms present environment is pathogens, so, C. elegans could be useful model to track future infectious disease. With this knowledge, study, we isolated Acinetobacter courvalinii from soil and characterized its pathogenicity for first time. For isolation, used Glucose-Yeast extract-Ethanol-Calcium carbonate medium. To aim, evaluated resistivity bacteria against several stressful microenvironments. observed, A. JP_A1001 shown highly tolerance acidic (pH 3-7), resistant up 0.2% phenol content, survived medium supplemented with 0.3% bile salt. In addition, were also antibiotics showing property multidrug-resistant bacteria. Moreover, have biofilm formation ability within 60 h. Further, that incubation decreased body movement increased free radical generation which remarkably influenced life expectancy compared E. coli OP50. Therefore, concluded threat as pathogen public health.
