摘要: Methods for amplification and sequencing of at least one nucleic acid comprising the following steps: (1) forming template acid(s) to be amplified or sequenced, wherein said contains 5′ end an oligonucleotide sequence Y 3′ Z and, in addition, carry a means attaching solid support; (2) mixing template(s) with more colony primers X, which can hybridize carries support, presence support so that ends both bind (3) performing reactions on bound template(s), colonies are generated optionally, step determination generated. Solid supports, kits apparatus use these methods.
