摘要: Perfluorocarbons (PFC) are hydrocarbons in which all or most of the hydrogen atoms have been replaced with fluorine. PFC a very high capacity for dissolving oxygen (O2 ), and negligible oxygen-binding constant allows them to release O2 more effectively than hemoglobin into surrounding tissue. As result this unique property, PFC-based solutions examined as carriers. was first used organ preservation component two-layer method (TLM) (University Wisconsin [UW] solution-perfluorochemical plus oxygen) pancreas preservation. Pancreata preserved TLM oxygenated through substrates supplied by UW solution. This pancreata stored generate adenosine triphosphate during storage prolong period. In canine model, has shown repair resuscitate warm ischemically injured preservation, improve graft survival after transplantation, islet yields isolation. Current clinical trials using before whole-pancreas transplantation isolation show promising results. The also be beneficial preserving other difficult organs, such heart small bowel.
