摘要: Ferrocene as catalyst precursor, layer-by-layer vertically aligned carbon nanotubes were grown on silicon substrates using chemical vapor deposition (CVD) by decomposing acetylene twice. The SEM images showed that the intervals of twice introduction is a crucial factor for interface combination layers. Maybe we can use this interval to introduce something else form new layer between two layers synthesize functional nano-composites.
