摘要: A novel strain Aspergillus K27 belonging to genus which has the same taxonomical characteristics as those of fumigatus except that (1) its conidiophore is colorless and (2) growing temperature range between 10° 55° C., produces amylolytic enzymes can hydrolyze alpha-amylase resistant starch well usual starch.
