摘要: Confined by the real-time and accuracy of traditional traffic collecting parameters, existing delay estimation models are generally with poor performance in guiding practical applications. In Cooperative Vehicle-Infrastructure System, entire space-time driving state information a single intelligent vehicle provides new data supporting for road status evaluation. Fully extracting value this kind data, paper proposes method based on Webster signalized intersection model.
