摘要: Gallengangssteine (⊡ Abb. 36.6) finden sich bei ca. 20% aller Patienten mit Cholezystolithiasis (Leuschner 1990). Steine konnen aber nicht nur aus der Gallenblase in den Gang wandern, sondern dort, beispielsweise nach Cholezystektomie, auch neu entstehen. Abflussbehinderungen Galle wie durch Sphinkter-Oddi-Dyskinesie oder juxtapapillare Duodenaldivertikel hervorgerufen, Hindernisse eingebrachte Stents die Steinbildung fordern. Im Gegensatz zu Gallenblasensteinen bedeutet Nachweis von Steinen im immer eine Behandlungsindikation.
