摘要: Trichosporon spp. is an emerging fungal pathogen in immunocompromised hosts, and disseminated infection often fatal neutropenic patients. Reported here a case of patient with acute leukaemia. After failure amphotericin B fluconazole therapy, the course dramatically improved voriconazole treatment. A literature search revealed 69 additional cases infections patients, these are also reviewed. Clinical symptoms that suggest include fever, papulopustular cutaneous lesions pulmonary involvement. Despite treatment antifungal agents (amphotericin B, fluconazole), 78% patients died. Voriconazole may represent promising therapy for this life-threatening infection.
