摘要: Ultrasound backscatter and attenuation in the liver were measured patients with diffuse disease 35 volunteers who had no history of ailments. Measurements done using radiofrequency (RF) echo signals derived from a clinical scanner; reference phantom was scanned to account for effects gain, transmit-receive frequency response transducer beam patterns on data. The mean coefficient at 3 MHz livers 7 fatty infiltration 6.83 10 23 cm 21 sr compared 0.5 healthy patients. Mean 2.54 dB/cm 1.66 A total end-stage (cirrhosis) values similar those group, their somewhat greater than livers. Quantitating both should be considered detecting infiltration; additional processing methods are needed differentiate cirrhotic changes basis acoustic signals. © 1999 World Federation Medicine & Biology.
