摘要: Opioids and their receptor agonists have been widely used because of beneficial effects on pain management control. Over the past decade, there has an increasing interest experimental use opioid in laboratory setting ischemia reperfusion; existing data suggest that is a potential association between agonism reduction infarct size several animal models regional similar to following ischemic preconditioning. Most these studies seem attribute cardioprotective stimulation specific type, delta (δ) receptor. This review focuses role reperfusion, as well hemorrhagic shock models, mechanisms action activation time window for administration various studies.
