摘要: The rapid proliferation of distributed energy resources (DERs) leads to capacity challenges, i.e. network congestions, in the low-voltage (LV) distribution networks. A number strategies are being widely studied tackle challenges with direct switching actions such as load shedding or power curtailment. On other hand, various market-based demand response (DR) programs have been developed influence large DERs use their flexibility deal congestions. However, most solutions rely on flexibilities DERs, thus cannot solve congestion when is not available network. To complement solutions, a smart active curtailment based mechanism necessary for managing congestions In this paper, we propose novel method management by Mixed-Integer Programming technique. addition, two greedy selection methods together fair and security constrained OPF sake comparison. overall performance proposed approach comparison verified simulation typical LV Netherlands.
