Fluctuations of plasma phenytoin levels on single dose and twice daily dose regimes.

摘要: Eight chronic refractory epileptics were studied with regard to frequency of administration phenytoin. There no excessive fluctuations in plasma levels when the total drug dose was given as a single daily dose, and clinical state patients unchanged from that on twice dosage.
