摘要: ABSTRACTThis article from the 35th Dudley Allen Sargent Lecture addresses importance of senior faculty in kinesiology providing holistic guidance to tenure-track foster excellence field. The mentoring all three roles higher education is illustrated using research on teaching and learning biomechanics, by evaluating quality evidence reports, need for high-quality service journal peer review other professional roles. Collective support, mentoring, recognition peers may promote advancement knowledge elevate academy world.
