摘要: This paper presents the results of a low voltage power converter circuit topology analysis and implementation for electric drive applications. The was conducted modules topologies with rated current 300 - 400 A DC-bus 650 V. losses most popular industrial two- three-level based on silicon insulated-gate bipolar transistors carbide metal-oxide semiconductor field-effect were analyzed at variations factor, modulation index pulse width frequency. research done different in various As result, T-type selected due to optimal ratio between losses, price module size frequency 16 kHz. There are presented features topology, such as higher lower index. Finally, driver prototype is presented. predicted efficiency 98.4% 39 kW. experimental demonstrate reduction induction load overheating about 30% comparison conventional two level converter.
