摘要: The second-order electron self-energy is evaluated to all orders in the interaction with Coulomb field of nucleus for ground state hydrogen-like uranium ions. This completes nonperturbative calculation radiative corrections order α2. major theoretical uncertainty eliminated which provides predictions ground-state energy a relative accuracy about 10-6 system. allows high-precision tests QED strong that are expected be available experimentally near future.
