摘要: The genus Campanula L. (Campanulaceae) includes about 400 species with highest diversity in the Mediterranean area. One of morphologically and phylogenetically well established is amphi-Adriatic group nine endemic taxa belonging to sect. ser. Garganicae Trinajstic. this are: C. reatina Lucchese, garganica Ten., fenestrellata Feer subsp. fenestrellata, istriaca (Feer) Damboldt, portenschlagiana Roem. & Schult., poscharskyana Degen, cephallenica Feer, acarnanica debarensis Rech. f., while sister comosiformis (Hayek Janch.) Frajman Schneew. Since all studied inhabit unique karstic habitats, kind research important for better understanding complex biodiversity endemism area as its more efficient protection. Recently several molecular phylogenetic studies confirmed monophyly at same time revealed poorly resolved relationships between conflicting relations nuclear ITS chloroplast DNA sequences. Therefore, study additional populations were included. They analysed comparing their trnL-trnF In addition, preliminary analysis AFLP fingerprinting was performed on population level order gain further insight within group. plastid datasets only partly congruent, possibly due lineage sorting or hybridization. data clearly separated investigated revealing some new lineages.
