摘要: ABSTRACT Patients with suspected stroke require urgent evaluation in order to identify those who may be eligible for time-sensitive therapies. A focused and systematic approach diagnosis improves the likelihood of identifying patients probable ischemic minimizes chances exposing alternate diagnoses potentially harmful treatment. This chapter emphasizes historical, examination, neuroimaging findings useful rapid stroke. Other entities that present strokelike symptoms will also discussed.
