摘要: Ninety-five patients with angina at rest were observed in the coronary care unit. Eighty-one per cent presented concomitantly or had previously some other manifestations of artery disease. These divided into two subgroups. In subgroup 1 (40 patients), episodes non-exertional associated a pattern hyperacute subepicardial injury and, frequently, ventricular arrhythmias. 2 (55 attended by horizontal ST depression, isolated T wave inversion, trivial ST-T changes. Coronary angiographic findings similar both Symptoms regressed only 9% while they receiving beta-receptor antagonists, whereas amiodarone alone nifedipine was successful 58%. Of these patients, 25% developed myocardial infarction shortly after admission. beta-blockers 61%. Amiodarone 55% whom it tried. Only 5% this during their hospital stay. It is concluded that: (1) observation electrocardiogram spontaneous known atherosclerotic heart disease may be prognostic significance and influence therapeutic decision. (2) virtue its anginal antiarrhythmic properties particularly useful treatment angina.
