Ultrasonic Doppler Method for the Inspection of Cardiac Functions

摘要: When the continuous ultrasonic wave is sent forth towards heart from surface of chest wall, cardiac motion causes Doppler effect upon partial reflected it. Therefore, an apparatus suitably constructed for sending and receiving ultrasounds quite useful investigation movements theatrium, ventricle, or valves, etc., through analysis particular signals developed respective part.The author a method inspection functions by recording these simultaneously with electro‐ phonocardiographs oscillograph paper. This made it possible not only to obtain direct informations valvular movement which could have been ascertained up present, but also examine transitional aspects myocardial excitation utterly uudetectable electrocardiograph alone.
