摘要: Previous research has highlighted the importance of trust in enabling purchase goods/services through Internet. However, other researchers have theorized and shown that distrust, a distinct construct is related to trust, should also be considered when studying (Duestch 1960, Luhman 1979, Gurtman 1992, Sitkin & Roth 1993, Lewicki et al. 1998). Because been cited critical for e-commerce, it stands reason its related, yet negative counterpart, distrust at least as important potentially more some contexts. It determine what antecedent conditions may increase amount felt by individual, how these can mitigated. This dissertation proposes an experiment test two questions. First, this study explores novel antecedents distrusting beliefs go beyond disposition which main focus IS. Second, building on ambivalence work Cacioppo Berntson (1994) Priester Petty (1996), attitude towards action, interact negate intentions buyer feels similar levels positive attitude. Finally, methodology analysis are outlined along with potential contributions study.
