Quantitation of Urinary Gonadotropins in Normal Children

摘要: ABSTRACT: A simple and improved method for the quantification of urinary LH FSH was developed. Urinary gonadotropin concentrations were determined by polyclonal double antibody RIA after ammonium sulfate extraction. concentrated coeluted with an iodinated tracer. Gel chromatography urine revealed that majority immunoreactive eluted coincident 125I-LH 125I-FSH. Good correlation observed between gonadotropin/creatinine ratios in first morning voided full 24-h collections. Age-de-pendent changes excretion significant normal boys girls 6–17 y age. these children did not change age-dependent fashion.
