摘要: Sustainable urban transport requires smart and environmentally-friendly technical solutions. It also needs to meet the demands of different user groups, including current potential future users, in order avoid opposition citizens support sustainable development decisions. While these requirements are well-known, conducting full surveys preferences tedious costly, interests groups may be contradictory. We therefore developed a methodology based on prevalent Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), which is capable dealing with inconsistencies uncertainties users’ responses by applying an Interval (IAHP) through comparing results passengers reference stakeholder groups. For case study Mersin, coastal city southern Turkey 1.7 Million inhabitants, three were surveyed questionnaires: 40 users public system, non-users, 17 experts. Based interval pairwise comparison matrices, consisting whole judgments all IAHP could attain consensual preference ranking for transportation system between A sensitivity analysis revealed that factor was very stable.
