摘要: In batch culture for glutathione production with Candida utilis, a higher temperature (30 °C) was required to hasten cell growth while lower (26 needed increase the of glutathione. A two-stage control strategy used enhance both yield and productivity As result, increased by 5% 23% that at 26 °C 30 °C, respectively, intracellular content reached 2.5% (w/w).
