摘要: Changes in retinal vasculature and ocular circulation may play an important role the glaucoma development progression. We evaluated vertical asymmetry across temporal raphe of deep layer vessel density, using swept-source optical coherence tomography angiography (SS-OCTA), its relationship with central visual field (VF) loss. Thirty-four eyes 27 patients open-angle were included. SS-OCTA macular scanning was performed within a 3 × 3 mm (300 300 pixels) volume, centred on fovea. The relationships between asymmetrical density reduction (ADRVD) various parameters analysed.
