The lymphomas parotid are mainly non-Hodgkin’s B-cell follicular type. usually occurs male adults and is very rare children. In contrast to intractable disease course adult lymphoma, when occurred children or adolescent, its prognosis good it first treated with surgical excision. Thus, solitary an extranodal site that has termed separately pediatric (PFL).
