摘要: Heparanase is upregulated in various tumors, and its expression closely associated with tumor growth, angiogenesis metastasis, which accomplishes this mainly through degrading heparan sulfate releasing heparin-binding growth factors thereby influencing multiple signaling pathways. In addition to enzymatic activity, heparanase can act via non-enzymatic mechanisms that directly regulate signaling. This review focuses on the levels role of gastric cancer, genes regulating cancer. Furthermore, development heparanase-targeted immunotherapy potential application for treating cancer are discussed.
