摘要: miRNAs regulate post transcriptional gene expression by targeting multiple mRNAs and hence can modulate signalling pathways, biological processes, patho-physiologies. Therefore, understanding of miRNA regulatory networks is essential in order to the functions a miRNA. The focus several existing databases provide information on specific aspects regulation. However, an integrated resource regulome currently not available facilitate exploration regulomics. miRegulome attempts bridge this gap. current version v1.0 provides details entire modules altered response chemical treatments transcription factors, based validated data manually curated from published literature. Modules (upstream regulators, downstream targets, regulated functions, diseases, etc) are hyperlinked appropriate external displayed visually comprehensive understanding. Four analysis tools incorporated identify relationships among different user specified datasets. its helpful biology will also discovery biomarkers therapeutics. With added features upcoming releases, be scientific community. Availability: http://bnet.egr.vcu.edu/miRegulome.
