摘要: Femtosecond laser processing is emerged as a promising tool to functionalize surfaces of various materials, including metals, semiconductors, and polymers. However, the productivity this technique limited by low efficiency raster scanning. Here we report facile approach for efficiently producing large-area functional polymer surfaces, which metal firstly textured femtosecond laser, as-prepared hierarchical structures are subsequently transferred onto polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) surfaces. Aluminum pieces covered induced micro/nano-structures act template masters their performance displaying diverse colors investigated. Polymer replicas endowed with tunable wetting properties, mainly attributed multi-scale surface structures. Furthermore, found have extremely high adhesive force water drops because penetration depth resultant contact angle hysteresis. This characteristic facilitates many potential applications like loss-free tiny droplets transportation. The reusability master easiness soft lithography make it be very simple, fast cost-efficient way mass production polymeric
