摘要: Abstract In this study, we investigated the effects of TGFβ1 on steroidogensis and expression steroidogenic acute regulatory (StAR) protein which regulates an important early step in pathway. We utilized a human ovarian thecal like tumor (HOTT) cell model activin-A, inhibin-A, or presence forskolin effect dibutyryl cyclic AMP (dbcAMP) steroid accumulation culture medium. Cells were also treated with different concentration forskolin, combined production was measured at end 48 h after 3 incubation 22R-hydroxycholesterol. there dose-dependent inhibition androstenedione production. Inhibition apparent highest tested. 22R-hydroxycholesterol, significantly inhibited lower concentrations. StAR dependent manner. There similar mRNA. These results suggest that possibly follicular development may be part due to its expression.
