摘要: OBJECTIVES The purpose of this analysis was to examine the relationship between epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutation status and clinicopathological factors in a cohort patients who underwent surgical resections for lung adenocarcinoma. METHODS From primary cancers 2005 2012, 371 consecutive adenocarcinoma were enrolled study, their tumours analysed EGFR mutations. We examined all patients, including age, sex, pathological stage smoking tested associations with status. RESULTS Among 195 (52%) had There significantly more women, never smokers lower grade histology group than wild-type (P < 0.001 each). However, other factors, such as World Health Organization classification, not associated Multivariable showed that history histological independently mutations (P = 0.026, P < 0.001 P < 0.001, respectively), but sex not. Regarding status, especially, frequency decreased, index increased. On hand, cessation (whether former or current smokers) CONCLUSIONS In our resection adenocarcinoma, strongly especially index.
