摘要: ABSTRACTMaternal vaccination offers the opportunity to protect pregnant women and their infants against potentially serious disease. As both newborns are vulnerable severe illness, potential public health impact of mass maternal programs is remarkable. Several high-income countries recommend seasonal influenza acellular pertussis vaccines, many developing immunization tetanus during pregnancy. There a significant amount literature supporting safety other vaccines newly introduced for women, routine systems monitoring vaccine in needed. To facilitate meta-analyses comparison across studies, future research surveillance initiatives should utilize same criteria defining adverse events following among women.
