摘要: Strongyloides stercoralis (S.S.) is a human intestinal parasite, which may lead to complicated strongyloidiasis. We report case of disseminated strongyloidiasis following the treatment myeloma. The patient developed skin lesions, respiratory distress, aseptic meningitis and bacterial fungal sepsis. diagnosis was established through endotracheal tube secretions. Despite with Ivermectin Albendazole, outcome fatal. value screening for unclear but be benefit in patients hematological malignancies from high endemic areas.
