摘要: Mechanical tension plays an important role in the homeostasis of connective tissue fibroblast. Differentiation fibroblast to myofibroblasts is related late stage wound healing process, stimulating produce collagen. Previous studies have shown that external NGF induces a-SMA expression conjunctival fibroblasts through TGF-β1. Our previous data shows both and TGF transcription exhibit tensile stress dependent behavior which could lead enhancement healing. We investigate effects uniaxial on a-SMA, distinction between myofibroblast, increase NGF. Uniaxial express treatment fiber containing α-SMA. results may imply induction a consequence regulation by fibroblasts.
