摘要: Condensed tannins are found in coloured-flowering varieties of faba beans ( Viciafaba L.). They considered as antinutritional factors for nonruminant species. High-tannin hulls and isolated were shown to induce a rapid hypertrophy the parotid glands rats increase secretion salivary proline-rich proteins with high affinity tannins. In this way able defend themselves against more harmful effects The growth performance chickens on diets containing 300 g/kg either low-tannin or hightannin did not differ. contrast, apparent ileal faecal digestibility pigs protein amino acids differed significantly between both types beans, favour beans. Inclusion low tannin content piglets revealed that reduce particular N balance.
