摘要: The cyclotron resonance absorption of two-dimensional electrons in semiconductor heterostructures high magnetic fields is investigated. It assumed that the ionized impurity potential a dominant scattering mechanism, and theory explicitly takes Coulomb correlation effect into account through Wigner phonons. linewidth quantitative agreement with experiment crystal regime at T =4.2 K. Similar to charge density waves pinned by short-range impurities, present results for long-range also show doubling peaks. However, unlike case waves, our gives pinning mode independent bulk compressibility substrate materials.
