摘要: Abstract The visible reflectance spectrum of Cu-phthalocyanine single crystal, in the region Q band, was measured at 30 and 300 K. change band shape with temperature found to be significantly different depending on light polarization crystal face. An interpretation for this spectral behavior is given by considering results a calculation exciton structure.
