摘要: AIM: To investigate the effects of Ginkgo biloba extract (Egb) on cytokine profile produced by splenocytes, colonic mucosa and serum to study main mechanism EGb in protection TNBS-induced ulcerative colitis rats. METHODS: A rat model was induced 2.4.6-trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid (TNBS). All rats were divided into four groups: normal, TNBS, TNBS+NS, TNBS+EGb.
