摘要: Phylogenetic relationships within the magnoliid basal angiosperm genus Pseuduvaria (Annonaceae) are investigated using chloroplast DNA sequences from five regions: psbA-trnH spacer, trnL-F, matK, rbcL, and atpB-rbcL spacer. Over 4000 nucleotides 51 species (of total 53) were sequenced. The cpDNA datasets analyzed separately in combination maximum parsimony (MP), likelihood (ML), Bayesian methods. phylogenetic trees constructed all three methods, based on combined data, strongly support monophyly of following inclusion Craibella phuyensis. generated MP less well resolved, but similar to those obtained other ML analyses recovered with short branch lengths, showing main clades. This study highlights evolutionary changes seven selected morphological characters (floral sex, stamen carpel numbers, inner petal color, presence glands, flowering peduncle length, monocarp size). Although floral unisexuality is ancestral genus, several lineages reveal reversal bisexuality. Other transitions include evolution sapromyophily, fruit-bat frugivory seed dispersal, thus allowing a wide range adaptations for survival.
